Tantric Date Night is a short Tantra class for couples in the city center of Berlin. Finding moments of intimacy in our day and age can be quite the challenge. Tantric Date Night offers you two a moment of peaceful connection, away from the daily hustle and bustle of the city.
During this tantric couples workshop, you’ll be guided into a Tantra meditation for couples. These practices are designed to foster deeper intimacy and harmony between the two of you.
All couples are welcome to join this workshop, regardless of sexual orientation and experience level. If you are not in a romantic relationship, you are welcome to bring anyone you’d like to practice with.

What to Expect During a Tantric Date Night Workshop for Couples

Discourse and Q&A
A few words on Tantra philosophy and the benefit of practicing Tantra in a couple. Feel free to ask all your questions about Tantra. Together, we will go through all parts of the practice so you will feel prepared before starting the practice together.

Couple Meditation Practice
Practice a Tantra meditation for couples with your partner and explore Tantric principles. Connect deeply on all levels while tapping in to your energy with sound, breath and movement.

Sharing and Active Listening
Each session carves out space for both of you to share about your feelings, your desires and your fears, and to reflect on the experience you had together.

Cosy Studio Setting
The studio of Praxis Köpi offers a cosy, private and elevated atmosphere. Walking up to the fifth floor will be worth it.

A Tantra workshop for couples is a guided experience designed to deepen intimacy, communication, and connection. Through presence, movement, touch and breath, couples learn to reconnect deeper emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Any couple who wishes to nurture love, intimacy, and mutual understanding is welcome. You don’t need previous experience with Tantra or meditation — the workshop is designed for beginners as well as experienced practitioners who want to reconnect more deeply.

Absolutely! All couples — regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation — are warmly welcome. The Tantra practice is adaptable for every kind of partnership.

During the Tantric Date Night, you will only practice with your partner.

Please wear comfortable clothing with the option to add or remove a layer. Further, you may bring anything that you need to feel comfortable during the session, for example a refillable water bottle, an extra meditation pillow etc.

During the Tantric Date Night, you may keep your clothing on.

It highly depends on how the injury restricts you. You’ll be moving in standing and sitting on a meditation pillow. If you cannot do some of this it might be better to wait till your injury has healed. Also please note that the studio is on the 5th floor without elevator.

Both sessions are good for beginners. During the Introduction you‘ll get a more holistic sense of Tantra, while connecting with the entire group. During the Tantric Date Night, you‘ll only connect with each other. Both offer a gentle entry into your Tantra journey so trust on whatever feels right for you!

The Tantric Date Night takes place at Praxis Köpi (Köpenicker Straße 175) - a cozy, private studio in the center of Berlin. The space is warm, candle-lit, and designed to create a sense of safety and comfort for all participants. You’ll find the studio in the last building on the fifth floor.

Each workshop session, between 4-8 couples participate on average. It can be less but never more.

Once a month, there will be a workshop guided in German. All other workshops are guided in English. Please see the calendar titles to know which classes are hosted in German. Questions are welcome in both language.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop receive a refund (minus 5€ transaction costs and processing fee), or credit toward a future date. Later cancellations are not refundable nor can they be rescheduled.
